Nosotros booked this trip on Feb 25th and got confirmation. We drove one 60 minutes to this place. An accident happened on the way in that location. I tried to... read more than call the number listed on the ticket confirmation. to allow the tour guide know that we will be 5 min late. The phone number was for Bass Fishing Guides Comp. After getting all the info from me, the operator told me that she couldn't find my reservation, even though I had the confirmation correct on my phone. When we followed Google map to get to Blackwater Ln, couldn't find the 25130 Blackwater Ln. There was no street name posted. I asked some people well-nigh by, they told me I was on the Blackwater Ln, but they did not know anything about St John'south River Angling tour. We were sent back and forth across the bridge trying to find the tour guide. And then we don't know if our booking was really got to the tour guide and where the exact location of this tour is. Very disappointing, afterward half tank of gas used and 1.5 hours trying to detect this place, and no fishing tour!!!!!!

Ended the day with 32 fish, including 20 peacock bass and 7 other species. Nosotros had a blast. Bobby is not only very knowledgeable about fishing, only a ton of fun to spend a day with. It was my... read more brother and me forth with our 79 year old father. For us, Wayne was the perfect guide. Knowledgeable, personable, flexible, excellent boat for our needs, a skilful sense of humor and, most importantly, he put us on fish! He has a practiced feel for what different people on the boat need or want. We wound up requesting him for our 2d day on Osborne and that was equally successful. At that indicate, we decided to fish a 3rd 24-hour interval with Wayne and to go with his recommendation to go to the Everglades for a dissimilar look (less size than Ida/Osborne but more fish). Nov 15, 2021I booked iii days of Peacock Bass fishing with Captain Tim Nichols out of Fort Lauderdale, FL in Nov., 2021. There were ii of us, my developed (not teen) daughter... read more and myself. Despite a passing cold-front, we had a not bad time. Nosotros boated 54 fish, by and large all Peacocks and some of them were over v pounds. We also saw lots of alligators one day which was cool. Capt. Tim is very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Dissimilar some guides I've had, Capt. Tim did not fish. He spent his time keeping the boat in position, netting our fish, and quickly rebating our hooks. He never complained when an errant cast caught a tree. He but motored over and got us unhooked and fix to go once more.
The furnished rods and reels worked flawlessly. So did his motors and other equipment. His boat is fast and there is a cooler with water ice onboard. He knows the waters and even tells you which areas to focus on. I more affair, he enjoys what he does. I felt similar a friend, not a customer. I have no complaints and would apply Capt. Tim once more, without hesitation. It is my pleasure to give him the highest review - five stars.
